1. Professional Requirements
By registering as a professional on imhandy.ca, you confirm that you have the necessary skills, experience, and where applicable, licenses and certifications to perform the services you offer.
2. Background Verification
All professionals must complete our background verification process before being approved on the platform. This includes identity verification and criminal background checks.
3. Insurance Requirements
Professionals are required to maintain appropriate liability insurance for their services. Proof of insurance may be requested at any time.
4. Service Standards
Professionals agree to maintain high standards of workmanship, arrive on time for scheduled appointments, communicate professionally with customers, and complete work as agreed upon.
5. Payment Terms
Payments are processed through the imhandy.ca platform. A service fee is deducted from each completed job. Payments are released within 3-5 business days after job completion.
6. Cancellation Policy
Professionals must provide adequate notice for cancellations. Repeated cancellations may result in account suspension or termination.
7. Reviews and Ratings
Customer reviews and ratings are an important part of our platform. Professionals agree to accept honest customer feedback and maintain a minimum rating to remain active on the platform.
8. Termination
imhandy.ca reserves the right to suspend or terminate professional accounts that violate these terms or receive consistently poor reviews.
